Returns the expected mean and variance of the random variate X, where X describes the selected distribution type. You must manually select the polymorphic instance to use.

  • cdbl.png xmin —

    xmin specifies the lower limit parameter of the variate.

  • cdbl.png xmode —

    xmode specifies the mode parameter of the variate. The default is NaN, which corresponds to a mode at the midpoint between xmin and xmax.

  • cdbl.png xmax —

    xmax specifies the upper limit parameter of the variate.

  • idbl.png mean —

    mean is the expected mean of a variate with the given parameters.

  • idbl.png variance —

    variance is the expected variance of a variate with the given parameters.

  • ii32.png error —

    error returns any error or warning from the VI. You can wire error to the Error Cluster From Error Code VI to convert the error code or warning into an error cluster.
