Specifies the active level of the exported Pulse Modulation Event. When `NIRFSG_ATTR_PULSE_MODULATION_ENABLED` is Enabled, `NIRFSG_ATTR_PULSE_MODULATION_ACTIVE_LEVEL` is `NIRFSG_VAL_ACTIVE_HIGH`, `NIRFSG_ATTR_EXPORTED_PULSE_MODULATION_EVENT_OUTPUT_TERMINAL` is `PulseOut`, and this property is `NIRFSG_VAL_ACTIVE_HIGH`, then the Pulse Modulation Event will transition from Low to High after the the Pulse In signal is set to logic high, and the RF Output has settled. To set this property, the NI-RFSG device must be in the Configuration state.
