Specifies whether fractional resampling is enabled on the digitizer. Fractional resampling allows the digitizer to achieve very fine resolution on the I/Q rate value. Setting this property to FALSE improves spectral performance.

PXIe-5668: When using a 400 MHz FPGA image, the only valid value for this property is TRUE. When using a 800 MHz FPGA image, the only valid value for this property is FALSE. Refer to NI-RFSA Instrument Driver FPGA Extensions for more information about FPGA images.
