Fetches the average power of various fields in the PPDU.

  • cstr.png Selector String —

    Selector String specifies a selector string comprising of the signal name and result name. If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used. If you do not specify the result name, the default result instance is used. The default value is "" (empty string).

    You can use the RFmxWLAN Build Signal String VI to build the selector string.

  • cgenclassrntag.png Instrument Handle In —

    Instrument Handle In specifies the RFmx session refnum. Instrument Handle In is obtained from the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA VI or the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA (Array) VI.

  • cdbl.png Timeout (s) —

    Timeout specifies the timeout for fetching the specified measurement. Set this value to an appropriate time, longer than expected for fetching the measurement. A value of -1 specifies that the VI waits until the measurement is complete. This value is expressed in seconds. The default value is 10.

    error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

  • idbl.png PPDU Average Power Mean (dBm) —

    PPDU Average Power Mean returns the average power of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this parameter returns the mean of the average PPDU power results computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

  • igenclassrntag.png Instrument Handle Out —

    Instrument Handle Out passes a reference of your RFmx session to the next VI.

  • idbl.png Preamble Average Power Mean (dBm) —

    Preamble Average Power Mean returns the average power of the preamble field of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this result returns the mean of the average preamble field power computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

  • idbl.png Header Average Power Mean (dBm) —

    Header Average Power Mean returns the average power of the header field of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this result returns the mean of the average header field power computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

  • idbl.png Data Average Power Mean (dBm) —

    Data Average Power Mean returns the average power of the data field of the PPDU. When you set the DSSSModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, this property returns the mean of the data field average power results computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed in dBm.

  • ierrcodeclst.png error out —

    error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
