Returns the relative I/Q origin offset, which is the ratio of the power of the DC subcarrier to the total power of all the subcarriers. This value is expressed in dB.

Remarks
When you set the RFMXWLAN_ATTR_OFDMMODACC_AVERAGING_ENABLED attribute to True, this attribute returns the mean of the relative I/Q origin offset computed for each averaging count.
