Gets the power offset to use to adjust the IF output power level for offset channels that are far from the carrier channel. Adjusting the IF output power level improves the dynamic range. This value is expressed in dB.

This method gets the value of AcpFarIFOutputPowerOffset attribute.The default value is 20.
