Configures the S-Parameter to be measured in format S<receiver port number><source port number> Use "sparam<n>" as the selector string to configure this function. This function sets RFMXVNA_ATTR_SPARAMS_SOURCE_PORT and RFMXVNA_ATTR_SPARAMS_RECEIVER_PORT attributes. Supported devices: NI PXIe-5633.

This parameter specifies the RFmx session refnum.

selectorString[in]char

This parameter specifies a selector string comprising of the signal name, result name, and S-Parameter number. If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used. If you do not specify the result name, the default result instance is used.

sParameter[in]char

This parameter specifies the S-Parameter to be measured in format S<receiver port number><source port number>.

Returns
