Specifies whether the noise figure (NF) measurement accounts for ohmic losses between the noise source and the input port of the DUT, excluding the losses that are common to calibration and the measurement steps for the Y-Factor method, which are specified by the RFMXSPECAN_ATTR_NF_Y_FACTOR_NOISE_SOURCE_LOSS attribute.
