Returns the start frequencies of the best-fit linear least square regression line measured over user specified sample analysis time interval as determined by Pulse Freq Phase Dev Range Length (%) property for the measured pulses. This value is expressed in Hz. This result is valid for linear FM and triangular FM modulation.
