Sets the absolute power limit corresponding to the end of an offset segment. This value is expressed in dBm.

public int SetOffsetAbsoluteLimitStop(string selectorString, double value)

This method sets the value of SemOffsetAbsoluteLimitStop attribute.The default value is -21.

selectorString	string	Specifies the offset number and subblock number. Example: "subblock0" or "subblock0/offset0". You can use the BuildOffsetString(string, int) method to build the selector string.
value	double	Specifies the absolute power limit corresponding to the end of an offset segment. This value is expressed in dBm.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
