Sets the value of PUSCH DMRS nSCID used for reference signal generation. This method is valid only when you set the SetPuschTransformPrecodingEnabled(string, RFmxNRMXPuschTransformPrecodingEnabled) method to False.

This method sets the value of PuschDmrsNscid attribute.The default value is 0.
