Specifies the physical channel hybridARQ indicator channel (PHICH) resource value. This value is expressed in Ng. This property is used to calculate number of PHICH resource groups. Refer to section 6.9 of the 3GPP 36.211 specification for more information about PHICH.

Use "subframe<l>" or "carrier<k>" or "subblock<n>" or "subblock<n>/carrier<k>/subframe<l>" as the selector string to configure or read this property.

The default value is 1/6.
