Specifies the cell-specific SRS bandwidth configuration CSRS . Refer to section 5.5.3.2 of 3GPP 36.211 specification for more details.
Use "carrier<k>" or "subblock<n>/carrier<k>" as the selector string to configure or read this property.
The default value is 7. Valid values are from 0 to 7, inclusive.
