Gets the percentage of acquired samples to overlap while performing FFT.

Remarks
This method gets the value of AcpFftOverlap attribute.
Parameters

| selectorString | string | Pass an empty string. The signal name that is passed when creating the signal configuration is used. |
| value | out double | Upon return, contains the number of samples to overlap between consecutive chunks while performing FFT. This value is expressed as a percentage of AcpSequentialFftSize method when you set the AcpMeasurementMethod method to SequentialFft. |
