Gets the start frequency of an SEM offset segment relative to the carrier frequency. This value is expressed in Hz.

public int GetOffsetStartFrequency(string selectorString, out double value)

This method gets the value of SemOffsetStartFrequency attribute.


Name	Type	Description
selectorString	string	Specifies the offset number. Example: "offset0". You can use the BuildOffsetString(string, int) method to build the selector string.
value	out double	Upon return, contains the start frequency of an SEM offset segment relative to the carrier frequency. This value is expressed in Hz.

Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
