Sets the duration of code domain measurement. This value is expressed in slots.

Remarks
This method sets the value of CdaMeasurementLength attribute.The default value is 1. The valid values are 1 to 16, inclusive. The sum of the CDA measurement offset and the CDA measurement length must be less than or equal to 16.
