Specifies the value for the sequential numbering scheme (SEQN) field in the packet header. This property controls the value for the 1-bit sequence bit, which allows you to provide a sequential numbering scheme to order the data packet scheme. Refer to sections 6.4.5, 7.6.2, and 7.6.5, Part B, Volume 2 of the Bluetooth Specification v6.0 for more information about the SEQN field.
The default value is 0. Valid values are 0 and 1.
