Specifies the value for the flow control field in the packet header. This field controls the 1-bit flow control parameter in the packet. Refer to Section 6.4.3, Part B, Volume 2 of the Bluetooth Specification v6.0 for more information about the flow control field.

The default value is 0. Valid values are 0, which indicates a Stop condition, and 1, which indicates a Go condition.
