Specifies the number of blocks minus one that the payload is split into. This property is valid only for the LE-HDT packet when HDT Packet Format is set to Format1 and Format1 Payload Zone Configuration Mode is set to User Defined.

You must use "payload x" as the active channel string to configure this property.

The default value is 15.
