Packet Settings:Dirty Tx Settings:Carrier Frequency Offset Set []

Specifies the offset value of each of the impairment set that you enable in the Dirty Tx Parameters Enabled Set property.

This property is applicable with you set the Dirty Tx Mode property to User Defined. The BT Generation ignores this property if you set the Dirty Tx Mode property to Standard.
