Specifies the 3-bit field in the frequency hop synchronization (FHS) packet payload. This field indicates the default scan mode used by the sender of the FHS packet. Refer to Section 6.5.1.4, Part B, Volume 2 of the Bluetooth Specification v6.0 for more information about the page scan mode field of the FHS packet payload.

The default value is 0. Valid values are 0 to 7, inclusive.
