Returns the value of the time-slot based RMS of the composite EVM, averaged over all active time slots and all averaging iterations. This value is expressed as a percentage.

Values close to 0 indicate a good modulation accuracy. In a loopback setup, values of approximately 0.2 to 0.4 are typical.
