Pass an empty string. The signal name that is passed when creating the signal configuration is used. - value

Upon return, contains the maximum number of threads used for parallelism for the SEM measurement.

Remarks
This method gets the value of SemNumberOfAnalysisThreads attribute.The default value is 1.
