Specifies how the measurement computes offset subranges.

Instrument Handle In specifies the RFmx session refnum. Instrument Handle In is obtained from the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA VI.

Range Definition specifies how the measurement computes offset subranges.

Specify the offset sub-ranges used for the measurement. Use the PhaseNoise Range Start Freq property and the PhaseNoise Range Stop Freq property to configure single or multiple range start and range stop frequencies.

Auto (1)

Measurement computes offset sub-ranges by dividing the user configured offset range into multiple decade sub-ranges. The range is specified by the PhaseNoise Start Freq and the PhaseNoise Stop Freq properties.

Selector String specifies a selector string comprising of the signal name. If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used. The default value is "" (empty string).
