Specifies the ratio Rhob/Rhoa for the cell-specific ratio of one, two, or four cell-specific antenna ports as described in Table 5.2-1 in section 5.2 of the 3GPP TS 36.213 specification. This property determines the power of the channel resource element (RE) in the symbols that do not contain the reference symbols.
Use "carrier<k>" or "subblock<n>/carrier<k>" as the selector string to configure or read this property.
The default value is P_B=0.
