Specifies the number of consecutive resource blocks in a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) cluster.

Use "cluster<l>" or "carrier<k>" or "subblock<n>/carrier<k>"/cluster<l>" as the selector string to configure or read this property.

The default value is -1. If you set this property to -1, all available resource blocks for the specified bandwidth are configured.
