RFmx
Gets the scaling factor applied to the time-domain voltage data in the digitizer. This value is expressed in dB.
Namespace: NationalInstruments.RFmx.InstrMX
Assembly: NationalInstruments.RFmx.InstrMX.Fx40 (in NationalInstruments.RFmx.InstrMX.Fx40.dll) Version: 24.5.0.49285 (24.5.0.49285)
Syntax
public int GetDigitalGain( string selectorString, out double value )
Public Function GetDigitalGain ( selectorString As String, <OutAttribute> ByRef value As Double ) As Integer
Parameters
- selectorString String
- Pass an empty string.
- value Double
Upon return, contains the the scaling factor applied to the time-domain voltage data in the digitizer. This value is expressed in dB.
RFmx does not compensate for the specified digital gain. You can use this property to account for external gain changes without changing the analog signal path. The PXIe-5644/5645/5646 applies this gain when the data is scaled. The raw data does not include this scaling on these devices.
Return Value
Int32Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
Remarks
This method gets the value of DigitalGain attribute. The default value is 0 dB. Supported devices: PXIe-5644/5645/5646, PXIe-5820/5830/5831/5832/5840/5841
