Returns the RMS differential EVM (DEVM) value computed on the EDR portion of the EDR packet. When you set the ModAcc Averaging Enabled property to True, it returns the mean of the RMS differential EVM (DEVM) values computed for each averaging count. This value is expressed as a percentage.
