Pass an empty string. The signal name that is passed when creating the signal configuration is used. - value

Upon return, contains the transient duration for the SlotPhase measurement. This value is expressed in seconds.
Return Value
Type: Int32Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
Remarks
This method gets the value of SlotPhaseTransientDuration attribute.The transient duration is applied equally on either side of a half-slot boundary, that is, at the start and end of each half-slot.Setting the transient duation equal to zero means that no transient period is considered, and the entire half-slot data is used to determine the phase error best-fit line used to compute the phase discontinuity at the half-slot boundaries. The default value is 0.
