RFmxEvdoMXSlotPhaseConfigurationSetTransientDuration Method

Sets the transient duration for the SlotPhase measurement. This value is expressed in seconds.

Namespace:  NationalInstruments.RFmx.EvdoMX
Assembly:  NationalInstruments.RFmx.EvdoMX.Fx40 (in NationalInstruments.RFmx.EvdoMX.Fx40.dll) Version: 24.5.0.49283 (24.5.0.49283)

Syntax

public int SetTransientDuration(
	string selectorString,
	double value
)
Public Function SetTransientDuration (
	selectorString As String,
	value As Double
) As Integer

Parameters

selectorString
Type: SystemString
Pass an empty string. The signal name that is passed when creating the signal configuration is used.
value
Type: SystemDouble
Specifies the transient duration for the SlotPhase measurement. This value is expressed in seconds.

Return Value

Type: Int32
Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.

Remarks

This method sets the value of SlotPhaseTransientDuration attribute.The transient duration is applied equally on either side of a half-slot boundary, that is, at the start and end of each half-slot.Setting the transient duation equal to zero means that no transient period is considered, and the entire half-slot data is used to determine the phase error best-fit line used to compute the phase discontinuity at the half-slot boundaries. The default value is 0.
