RFmxCdma2kMXCdaResultsGetMeanInactivePower Method

Gets the average code power, measured among the set of inactive channels, in the code domain of the base spreading factor. If you set the SetPowerUnit(String, RFmxCdma2kMXCdaPowerUnit) method to dBm, this measurement returns the absolute measured power; otherwise, this measurement returns a value relative to the CDA Result Total Power method.
