Gets the power measured in the lower (negative) offset segment relative to the carrier absolute integrated power. This value is expressed in dB.Use "offset(n)" as the Selector Strings to read this result.

selectorString  String
Specifies the result name and Offset number. Example: "Offset0", "result::r1/Offset0". You can use the BuildOffsetString(String, Int32) method to build the selector string.
value  Double
Upon return, contains the power measured in the lower (negative) offset segment relative to the carrier absolute integrated power. This value is expressed in dB.Use "offset(n)" as the Selector Strings to read this result.

Return Value

Int32
Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.

Remarks

This method gets the value of SemResultsLowerOffsetRelativeIntegratedPower attribute.
