Renames the specified device to the new device name on the remote device and in the local configuration file. When renaming a chassis, the hostname of the chassis will be changed on the chassis, but it will not be updated in the local configuration file. After the network is expected to reflect the new hostname, call Add Network Chassis to update the hostname in the local configuration file.
