Specifies the external calibration step to run and stores the associated constants in the device memory so that they can be compared with the computed constants at run time. A password is required to run the VI.

    instrument handle identifies your instrument session. instrument handle is obtained from the niRFSA Initialize VI.

  • cstr.png password —

    password specifies the password for the calibration session. The initial password is factory configured to NI. password can be a maximum of ten alphanumeric characters.

    step to run specifies the step for which constants are computed.

    Gain Reference Measures the changes in gain since the last external calibration was run.
    IF Flatness Measures the IF response of the entire system for each of the supported IF filters.
    Digitizer Self Cal Calls for digitizer self-calibration, if the digitizer is associated with the RF downconverter.
    LO Self Cal Calls for LO self-calibration, if the LO source module is associated with the RF downconverter.
    Preselector Alignment Calls for preselector alignment.
