Specifies the step size used to compute the reference levels between the minimum and maximum reference levels. The niWLANA RFSA Measure Noise Floor VI measures the instrument noise floor at these reference levels. The measured instrument noise floor is used to apply noise compensation during the OFDM Demod measurement.

The only valid value is 0.5 dB.
