Specifies the RF power averaged over the time period of a transmission burst from the device under test (DUT). This value is used to normalize the acquired spectrum data before the PSD computation, as specified in section 5.3.3 of ETSI EN 301 598 V1.1.1 (2014-04). This value is expressed in dBm.
