Returns the value of the LDPC Extra OFDM Symbol field as decoded from the VHT-SIG-A field of the 802.11ac signal or from the TVHT-SIG-A field of the 802.11af signal.

For 802.11ax signals, the toolkit returns the value of LDPC Extra Symbol Segment field as decoded from the HE-SIG-A field.
