Short Name: OFDM Symbol Timing Adjustment
Property of niWLANAnalysis
Specifies the duration by which the toolkit adjusts symbol timing relative to the start of the useful portion of an OFDM symbol. This value is expressed in seconds. The toolkit sets this property to -1 in the niWLANA RFSA Configure Hardware VI or the niWLANA RFSA Multiple Device Configure Hardware VI. The toolkit ignores this property if you set the Standard property to 80211AX MIMOOFDM.
If you set this property to -1, the toolkit auto computes the symbol timing adjustment value according to the following table.
Standard | Symbol Timing Adjustment Value |
---|---|
80211A/G OFDM | -200 nanoseconds if you set Channel Bandwidth to 20 MHz |
80211J OFDM | -400 nanoseconds if you set Channel Bandwidth to 10 MHz |
-200 nanoseconds if you set Channel Bandwidth to 20 MHz | |
80211P OFDM | -800 nanoseconds if you set Channel Bandwidth to 5 MHz |
-400 nanoseconds if you set Channel Bandwidth to 10 MHz | |
-200 nanoseconds if you set Channel Bandwidth to 20 MHz | |
80211N MIMOOFDM, 80211AC MIMOOFDM | -200 nanoseconds |
80211AH MIMOOFDM | -2 μs |
The default value is -200 nanoseconds.
