Specifies whether to designate the channel as a configuration channel—a channel reserved for internal path creation. The instrument driver uses configuration channels to create paths between the channels you specify in the niSwitch Connect Channels VI.

Set this property to TRUE to designate the channel as a configuration channel. Set this property to FALSE to designate the channel as available for external connections. Because you cannot use a configuration channel for external connections, the niSwitch Connect Channels VI returns the Is Configuration Channel error when you attempt to establish a connection between a configuration channel and any other channel.
