Affects which upconverter center frequencies are used. This property can increase the speed of frequency sweeps by reducing the number of times the upconverter retunes.
If explicitly set, the upconverter center frequency (UCF) is selected according to the following formula:
UCF = UCF anchor + (UCF increment * k)
where k is any positive or negative integer.
