Purpose
Returns the temperature, in degrees Celsius, at the last successful self-calibration.

Note For the PXIe-5644/5645/5646, you must select NIRFSA_VAL_SELF_CAL_IMAGE_SUPPRESSION for the selfCalibrationStep parameter. |
