Incompatible Firmware Version

The NI GPIB-Serial Converter Wizard is not compatible with a newer version of the firmware running on the GPIB-RS232/485/422. Follow these steps to install a newer version of the wizard:

1. Exit the NI GPIB-Serial Converter Wizard.
2. Go to www.ni.com/support.
3. Locate and download the current version of the NI GPIB-Serial Converter Wizard.
4. Refer to Install the Software to install the new version of the NI GPIB-Serial Converter Wizard.
5. Refer to Launching the NI GPIB-Serial Converter Wizard to run the new version of the NI GPIB-Serial Converter Wizard.
