Script Nodes

Use the NI-FGEN script nodes to create, configure, and clear scripts.

Configuration Nodes
Use the NI-FGEN configuration nodes to configure and control the analog and digital output, clocking, triggering, onboard signal processing, and generation of standard functions, arbitrary waveforms, arbitrary sequences, frequency lists, and scripts on your waveform generator.
Allocate Named Waveform
Specifies the initial size of a named waveform so that it can be allocated in onboard memory before loading the associated data.
Delete Named Waveform
Deletes the specified named waveform from onboard memory.
Delete Script
Deletes the specified script from onboard memory.
Set Named Waveform Next Write Position
Sets the position in the named waveform to which data is written at the next write. Allows you to write to arbitrary locations within the waveform.
Write Named Waveform
Writes data to the named waveform in onboard memory.
Write Script
Writes a string containing one or more scripts that govern the generation of waveforms.
