Type: DoubleThe range defines the valid values to which you can set the pulse voltage limit and pulse bias voltage limit. Refer to the Ranges topic in the NI DC Power Supplies and SMUs Help or to the instrument specifications for information about valid ranges.
Remarks
This property is applicable only if the DCPowerSourceOutputFunction property is set to PulseCurrent.
