Description
Specifies the measurement autorange aperture time used for the measurement autorange algorithm. The aperture time is specified in the units set by the NIDCPOWER_ATTR_MEASURE_AUTORANGE_MINIMUM_APERTURE_TIME_UNITS attribute. This value will typically be smaller than the aperture time used for measurements.
