Specifies the settling time of the burst. The settling time is the time interval from the time when output power is 40 dB less than the final output power (X dBm) to the time when the output power is ±1 dB of the final output power. This value is expressed in seconds. The active packet duration for LE-TP packet is 376 microseconds.
The default value is 4 microseconds. Valid values are from 1 microseconds to 20 microseconds, inclusive.
