Returns the minimum time during which the signal level must be lower than the trigger value for triggering to occur. This value is expressed in seconds.

For I/Q measurements, if you do not use the niBT RFSA Configure Hardware VI, pass this property to the NI-RFSA Minimum Quiet Time property.
