Returns the pre trigger delay. This value is expressed in seconds.

The toolkit uses this property to acquire data prior to the trigger to account for the delays in the measurement process. If you do not use the niBT RFSA Configure Hardware VI, multiply this value by the niRFSA IQ Rate property and wire the result to the niRFSA Pretrigger Samples property.
