Specifies the 32-bit LE access address.
The Bluetooth core specification recommends to use 0x71764129 as the LE access address for all test packets. This value will be used for burst synchronization if the Burst synchronization Type property is set to Access Code and the Auto Packet Detection Enabled property is set to False. Otherwise, the value will be discarded.
The default value is 0x71764129.
