Returns the mapped bit error rate (BER) as a percentage.

The toolkit calculates the mapped BER using the following formula.

BER = 1 - 10^{((log₁₀(1-PER))/N)}, where N is the number of bits per packet that is used to calculate cyclic redundancy check (CRC)
